店員：May I help you？我能為你效勞嗎？

顧客：Yes， I would like to return these shorts.是的，我想退回這些短褲。

 

店員：Alright. Do you have your receipt？好的，你有收據嗎？

顧客：Yes. Here it is. I bought them last week.有的，在這兒。上星期才買的。

店員：And why are you returning them？為什麼要退呢？

顧客：I bought them to go with a T-shirt of mine. But they don't really match.

我本想買來配一件襯衫的，但是它們配起來不好看。

店員：I'm sorry， but we usually don't do it. It is our policy.

對不起，我們通常不接受的，這是規定。

顧客：Can you make an exception this time？這次可以例外嗎？

店員：Well. Let me talk to the manager for a moment.那麼，讓我和經理說說看。

Please show me your receipt again.再讓我看一看你的收據好嗎？

 

We appreciate your business， Ma'am. 謝謝惠顧，太太。

顧客：Excuse me. where can I find the information desk？

打擾一下，那可以找到諮詢台？

店員：Just around the corner.就在那個轉角處（最好直接指出方向！）

借廁所英文怎麼說英語對話

顧客：Where is the men’s room or ladies’ room ?

一般通用廁所:restroom

浴室（或指家裡的廁所）：bathroom

飛機上的廁所：lavatory

軍營中的廁所：latrine

戶外看到的流動廁所：portable toilet / port-a-john

店員：Go down here and then turn right/left at the first turning. Then you will see the men’s room/lady’s room.

 

一直往前走，在拐角處右/左轉，你會看到男洗手間/女洗手間

一般去人家裡作客，借廁所時請不要使用borrow這個字，因為borrow是指把東西借出像是 Can you borrow a pen? 你可以借我一支筆嗎?→借筆

May I use your restroom? 我可以借用你的洗手間嗎?

 

以下句子也是要去上廁所的意思。 

Where is the john? 小寫的john代表廁所、馬桶的意思。因此也是詢問廁所在哪裡的意思。

I’m going to the head.
