In one’s opinion的句型中，one’s為所有格，因此也不一定只能表述自己的觀念或想法，也可以講他人的看法。
In my opinion, the punishment of drunk driving should be increased.
對我而言，酒駕應該加重罰責。
In Frank’s opinion, quitting smoking benefits everyone.
以Frank的觀點而言，戒菸對大家都有益處。
As far as I’m concerned, getting married is out of the question.
對我而言，結婚是不可能的事情。
When it comes to N/Ving一談論到~，就~，S+V.此句型中的to為介係詞，因此後需接名詞或動名詞。
When it comes to cats, I can’t stop talking about it. 一談論到貓咪，話匣子就停步下來。
Speaking of 也表示談及.... Speaking of the pets, everyone has its favorite.
