fill和stuff當動詞使用時，皆有「填滿，充滿」之意。使用方式略有不同。

stuff後可接up/into/with等介係詞+固態(或有形的物質)。

stuff up填塞

Mike stuffed the hole up with old clothes.

Mile使用舊衣物把那個洞填滿了。

堵塞

I’ve got a cold and my nose is stuffed up.我感冒了而且我的鼻子塞住了。
