Ingredients
4 bunches mung bean noodles
200 gram grounded pork
some minced garlic
some minced ginger
some minced onion
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
For the Seasoning
soy sauce
black vinegar
Garlic Chili Sauce

Instructions 作法
Put the mung bean noodles into the boiling water.
將冬粉放入滾開的水中
Soak for five to ten minutes
浸泡五至十分鐘
Heat oil in a hot pan, add minced onion , minced ginger and minced garlic cook for one minute.
熱油鍋加入薑蒜洋蔥末,炒一分鐘。
Add the gounded meat, cook until the color changed. Then add Garlic Chili Sauce ,stir quickly for a minute.
加入絞肉,炒到均勻變色,加入蒜蓉辣椒醬,炒一分鐘。
Add all the seasoning into the pan and some water, bring it to boil. Add the mung bean noodles and mix well. Once the mung bean noodles almost absorb most of the water, sprinkle the spring onion and remove from heat. Do not overcook the mung bean noodles or it will become mushy.
將所有調味料倒入鍋中攪拌,加入適量的水,用中火煮醬汁。加份入冬粉拌勻,讓粉絲吸收醬汁,並攪拌均勻,灑上蔥花即成!
