英文年月日怎麼唸

英文年月日中的日期，必須使用英文裡的「序數」，唸法也是唸「序數」而不唸一般基數(one, two, three)。

月份+日期的寫法： 1. 月份+「基數」 2.月份+ 「序數」(縮寫) 3. 月份+ 「序數」 4. the 序數 of 月份

ex. 3月八號寫成英文時: 1.March 8 」2. March 8th 3. March eighth 4. the eighth of March

月份+日期的英文唸法： 1至3個形式中的日期，不管書寫格式為何，都需要唸「序數」，「正式」唸法：the eighth (day) of March

英文日期的縮寫表示法

使用序數的表示方法，以1,2,3結尾的數字比較特殊，分別以st,nd,rd表示，其他都用th表示

6月21日寫作:June 21(st)讀作：the twenty-first of June

英文序數變化

英文序數可分為規則變化與不規則變化

(1)不規則:第一first (1st ) 第二second (2nd ) 第三third (3rd )。

(2)規則變化:從第四開始，在基數字尾加入th，如fourth (4th )。

直接加入th，如 sixth (6th), eleventh (11th), seventeenth (17th).

字尾是ve，將ve改成f，再加上th，如fifth (5th) 以及twelfth (12th)。

字尾是t，直接加上h，如eighth (8th)。

字尾是e，把e去掉，再加上th，如ninth (9th)。

字尾是ty，去y，再加上ieth，如thirtieth (30th) 以及twentieth (20th)。

兩位數的整數→十位數為基數，個位數為序數，中間必須加連字號（-）如twenty-one 改成 twenty-first (21st)，forty-third (43)

英文序數用法

(1) 序數之前一定要加上定冠詞the，或是所有格

1. Summer is the second season of the year. (夏天是一年中第二個季節)

2. Cindy is Peggy's first daughter. (Cindy 是Peggy的第一個女兒)

3.He won the first prize in the game.(他在比賽中贏得第一名)

(2) 序數用於樓層、日期、幾周年:

「樓層」： We live on the twentieth floor. (我們住在二十樓)

「日期」：My birthday is on March 10

(寫法可只用基數，但是唸時，一定要讀成序數。)

「幾週年」：Tomorrow is my father’s sixtieth birthday.(明天是我父親的60歲大壽)

(3)放在基數前面：用於表示「前」幾位

The first three people to buy the tickets can take pictures with the singer.

前三名買票的人可以和歌手一起合照。
