連綴動詞 seem appear 形容詞

He seems angry. (他似乎生氣了)
Lily appears upset about the news. (那新聞讓Lily顯得心煩 )

※  注意：不可以接 副詞 ！

seem appear to 動詞

表示已發生的狀態、行為

He does not appear to be at the office now.（他現在好像不在辦公室。）
It seems that Tom like cats .=Tom seems to like cats.(Tom好像喜歡貓).

It seems/appears to have P.P  表示在這之前就已經發生的完成式狀態、行為

I seem to have lost my way. Can you help me?(我好像迷路了。你能協助我嗎?)

It seems like N or S+V.

It seems like a good idea. (這似乎是個好主意)

It seems like the bus is coming. (公車似乎要來了)

It seems that / It appears that…

It appears that Alex didn't pass the exam.（Alex好像沒有通過考試。）
It seems that computational thinking will be an important subject o in the future.(未來運算思維似乎是個重要的課題。)

stay remain keep用法

1表示“繼續呆在某處”時,應該用不及物動詞remain或 stay

Shall I go or stay?

Stay indoors for a few days until you recover from your cold.

He remained in his seat after all the other students had gone home.

表示“暫住、短期停留“時，只能用不及物動詞 stay

Where are you staying?  I am staying at Meow Hotel.

Please stay with us until the typhoon has passed.

I will stay in American for two weeks.

表示“殘留、剩下“時，只能用不及物動詞remain

Not much of the house remained after the fire.

繼續保持或處於某種狀態時

繼續保持或處於原來的狀態時，可用remain或 stay

Three of the old men remained single.

The door stayed closed.

需要設法才能保持或處於某種狀態時用 keep

She knew she must keep calm.

Do you want to stay healthy? Please go on a diet and keep exercising.

Cindy wants to keep awake by drinking lots of strong black coffee.

使某人或某物保持某種狀態時
